Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is one of the most versatile and rapidly changing areas of engineering concerned with studying, designing, and applying electrical and EMI systems. This is the reason AIMs included EEE in its B-Tech programs. While EEE core concepts deal with power generation, transmission, and distribution, it also embodies electronics as a means for the application of solving various electrical challenges in industry areas.

Description

AIMs B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduates have a fairly wide range of job prospects in different fields, including power generation and distribution, electrical equipment manufacturing, industrial automation, aerospace, and fast-growing renewable energies. They also contribute to upcoming inventions in electric vehicles and smart city projects.

The areas covering energy systems, automation, and electric mobility have seen considerable changes in recent decades, and these have greatly changed the course concerning both technological considerations and client needs. Additionally, it includes microcontrollers, control systems, and embedded technology and Industries such as power plants, EVs, industrial automation, renewable energy, smart grids, and robotics depend on EEE. Hence EEE engineers are critical in the high-end development of electrical and electronic solutions.
